Beta-Alanine?
maybe try a more Nitric Oxide pre workout then Jacked when I am done too.

Glutamine -- hit or miss. You really have to try it out to see if it works for you or not.
Beta-Alanine -- Yes, researched proved that an effective dose of 3.5g per day can help increase muscle endurance and strength.
Only pre-workout that really worked for me lately is two scoops of Craze. Dat shyt Crae.

Had to stop the cut this weekend cause I'm fighting off a cold and didnt' want to be low on cals. So gonna eat at maintenance this week till the cold is completely gone. But I'm still going to keep working out though.
Gotta do international chest day today, but can't even get in today till later when it busy time.My vids

Mark my words on this and before someone making claims again it's their "formula" or I copied this idea from them.
1.5-2 scoops of Craze + 6-8g of Citrulline Malate = Pump City. Better than that Craze + Hemavol shyt.
Citrulline Malate converts to Arginine like a mofo quick (at least based on my experience) and 20-30 minutes later you'll get insane pumps while training.
Give it a go and report back
Best part you can get bulk CM for cheap 200g for like $20.

Yeah, we're still on for the challenge... so far my progress has been coming along, just realllyyyyyy slow lol! Myko says I haven't improved at all, but me myself, I can see the changes and more definition in areas.
A month ago, not sure if you seen it, but I posted up that I lose 1% BF (within the 2 months training), and STILL standing at the same weight yeee
