You would have kicked ass bro. Just for sh!t and giggles (I'm on a late lunch ) I looked up Patrick Willis' combine stats from 2007. He's widely regarded as one of the best inside LB in the NFL:
Statswise, you're pretty close. Height and weight about the same. He's faster in the 40 but those dudes train for that leading up to the combine. Bet if you had trained for a combine race, your 40 time would be faster too.
I'm a little surprised his 225-rep count was only 22. Obviously didn't affect his strength in tackling

Got legs tonight I think since I gotta bike Saturday. Hopefully is enough time for DOMS to get better. this is what sucks about trying to fit legs in during bike season.

where do you usually bike brah?
i got a giant brand hybrid that i bought last june for ~400. fuarkin love biking.
my normal route is along the charles then through the esplanade and boston and back. i haven't done any real trail biking yet but up for suggestions.
i do enjoy this cooler weather for biking but personally feel like it's getting cold too fast so tryna get as many rides in as i can before the weather keeps my bike locked away.
fuarkin long bike rides in nice weather is therapeutic
also, in on enjoys durian crew
gf absolutely depises it. one time my mom got durian cake for a birthday and gf didn't know, took one bite and started gagging.

That route you do is great for the hot chicks scene who bike, rollerblade and run.
I have a Giant NRS full suspension cross country race bike and ride Leominster State forest, Williard Brook, Vietnam, Harold Park type trails. I go after work or on weekends. After work I have a headlamp which creates a nice element in riding.
Where did you live? Quincy?

i live in newton. right next to waltham/wellesley.
my normal rides are around 40miles. i was hoping to break a 100 mile ride before winter but don't know if i'll make it. feelsbadman.
and holy hnnnnnnng at the chicks you see along the esplanade. its fuarkin unbelievable, i love it.
often bike down to esplanade and do some reading for few hours and bike back down through newbury st just to mire some hnngage.♣BOSTON STRONG♣

I've been wearing the Tommy Konos for my sore left knee during deadlifts and they do a great job. I got them for squats but figured I'd use them for any lower body work until my knee improves.
Where's your journal update *******?
You've got a few days to rest them up. Just don't go to failure on every set

LOL, I got dem big old fat tires to go in the water.
My rides vary from 1.5 hours to 3 hours. I use to work off of BearCreek in Waltham and rode up that Prospect Hill. Not sure what is within 30 minutes from you for good trail riding? Great Brook Farm in Carlisle is not bad, fairly flat but lots of trails.
Vietnam next to Hopkinton is sick but you'll need a Burlier bike for that since there some nice 4-8 foot drops.
