Black Friday is a good time to buy electronics, the only thing that sucks is the waiting over night before... however for us SMART Asians, we just buy the same deals online!

You certainly can but might have to sacrifice other features like full HD Screen and blueray player.


I sacrificed full HD screen and settled for 720P. Wish I went with the higher resolution screen.

Yeah it was a fun experience lol. Wish you bros were out there. We trained at Big J's extreme's. Another garage gym like metro but a tad smaller.

I lifted just all heavy my last cut, got me thick sure, that was 2 years ago, same way with bulking I go heavy all the time. I go heavy all the time then, did I get thick? Sure but not as detailed as I wanted. So this time, I'm using everything in my current arsenal to get cut, stay thick and best of all injury free.

Yeah I wish I live in TX again man, we roll in the gym all the time. No BS either like flaking and all that.

Back from doing shoulder night. This past couple weeks, I turned up the intensity and volume since I'm trying to bulk and have been eating a lot more. And omg...I haven't been this sore and tired in a long time. But its a good thing.

I'll be more regular here again just to keep motivated or I'll end up just getting fat instead of really bulking. My biggest hurdle when bulking is that once I start feeling fat, it gets really really hard to keep bulking.

I agree brah, strong foundation first then aesthetics. Also big believer in muscle memory. 3rd week coming back to the weights and my strength starting to shoot up again. no cell-tech srs never had.

Soopa, you guys make some entertaining videos. I work from home and am working right now, but after watching those two videos, I decided to take a few breaks for ab workouts LOL.

I've seen others only go down half or 2/3rds of the way when benching. Why do you do that? Injury? Only want to work tricep portion? Working on lock-out for heavy weight?
