    I just got a new dip belt and had to try it out today. Put on 135 for the first time ever too

    Nice work on the incline in 2nd vid, gotta look fresh while training...Imma get me some dat dere Cell-Tech lol (not srs).

    Keep the vid up, I'm motivated to lift now...with Denny's post workout meals haha

    I'm about the same height as Barthels just for comparison.

    yall dudes some tall mofo's. lol. hes around 240 when i trained with him, obviously its his offseason but he was ripped for his show earlier this year. it was fun man.

    Obstacle course was meh, i got penatized therefore a couple of seconds were added to my real time, or else i would have walked away with some cash

    TBH bro you got more fun experience than any Olympia reps with pics posted. You not only hang with the pros, worked the booth but damn you even trained with them.

    Man that's what's up then with these dudes straight up cool then. They treated you like they know u all this time. I agree with not going balls to the walls all the time. Been doing alot of reading and more than one way to get to physique that I want. Some days hit it hard some days hit it light just make sure intensity is there. I lifted just all heavy my last cut, got me thick sure, that was 2 years ago, same way with bulking I go heavy all the time. I go heavy all the time then, did I get thick? Sure but not as detailed as I wanted. So this time, I'm using everything in my current arsenal to get cut, stay thick and best of all injury free.

    Yeah I wish I live in TX again man, we roll in the gym all the time. No BS either like flaking and all that.

    lol training with toney is fun, we learn from each other.
    but i mean 225 on bench is heavy to me! cereal, its good enough weight to stimulate, but of course packing mass/size require more weight! nothing wrong with that. i be happy to get a 315 incline one day lol. on a cut, training changes up and intensity picks up.
    yeah man i felt like i knew them from wathcing all thier vids you just feel like you know a person.     I agree brah, strong foundation first then aesthetics. Also big believer in muscle memory. 3rd week coming back to the weights and my strength starting to shoot up again. no cell-tech srs never had.

    Soopa, you guys make some entertaining videos. I work from home and am working right now, but after watching those two videos, I decided to take a few breaks for ab workouts LOL.

    Nice job on the obstacle course. Quick work.

    I've seen others only go down half or 2/3rds of the way when benching. Why do you do that? Injury? Only want to work tricep portion? Working on lock-out for heavy weight?

    I watched Kai's "The life behind a bodybuilder" last night for like the 9028349023 time and it's inspirational every time I see it. He also trains heavy AND light, and a whole lot of mixture of everything else. One thing that moved me was when the host was like, "Kai's something kind of like a monk." I was like damnnnnn black monkey!

    Yee! Training with Myko has def been fun; glad he's actually training at a location that's not too far either. It's about a 25 minute drive for me, but screw it, I get a consistant workout partner, good advice, good training, and most of all... FREE SUPPS!

    Yeah, you should look it up on Youtube... It pretty much just follows Kai around for a day or so and show where he started at (in the projects lol). He's like a philosophizer, so passionate about the sport... GOOD watch.
