No dude, I ate 4-6 meals a day still but I just cut meat out. No matter what people say about lean meat and stuff nothing will take off weight like veggies and fruits so I only ate meat for 1 meal. The other meals would be like a meal of nothing but a bunch of fruits, or a huge bowl of oatmeal w/ honey, or 3 bowls of salad with lots of lime juice and pepper as dressing, or brown rice and broccoli. I never bothered counting how many calories because it's lame and I have better things to do with my time like jerking off to porn.

Nice pics bro. Strong pre-expo pump to prior to picture taking
Nice would like to see vid(s) of this session. Always fun to meet a bb.comer in person.
I agree looks like his conditioning is on point. He looks dry but has the pop on muscles even down to the glutes (no homo).
Different approach to everything. But can't remember who said it, to build muscle you must eat muscle (aka meat) simple but lots of truth to it. I mix mine up, on a cut I only eat beef once a week, I eat mostly tilapia and grilled chicken breast. Also eat eggs...It's always good to get sources for protein from different forms not just whey or casein.

I agree to build muscle you need to eat meat and lots of it but to cut you can leave it out. Also tilapia tastes like sh!t. I'm more of a salmon type of guy. When my new studio is done being renovated and my personal gym is put in I'm going to start my sushi, donkey/crocodile/lamb meat diet haha. I think I got a good 5lbs to shed and a little muscle to build back to get all veiny again.

well, my game plan right now is to save up for next 2 years as i've got some stuff going on here where i can't leave till summer 2014 the earliest. that being said, as soon as that time comes i'm out of massachusetts ASAP.
i don't really know where i'm gonna go but the worlds my oyster, i was thinking texas mainly cause the standard of living is cheaper. don't even know what i'll do for work but plan to have a base of ~15k with me when i go.
thoughts/opinions?
hows my chances of finding a well paying job and surviving in texas?
agree with audieswu to diversify your protein sources, i eat a fck ton of salmon/swordfish/chicken breast and eggs. mainly to keep me sane from eating the same goddamn thing every day
fckin in to try some crocodile meat♣BOSTON STRONG♣

Lots of jobs in Texas especially if you are in the IT or business field. If I were you find a job first, land it, then make the move with your base savings. It is cheaper there, no state income tax, no car tax (if you are paying for one). I like the people in Dallas, they are like southerners but not racist attitudes. Also there are plenty of good gyms there to train. If you are looking for an area, look at the Dallas Metroplex area (Irving, Las Colinas, Grapevine, Farmer's Branch, etc..) Arlington has a huge asian community.

wood fckin love to live in the city but need to be realistic, have an economics degree and currently working in finance. don't expect a crazy high paying job when i move so need to go somewhere i can actually survive on my own. refuse to accept and outside help.
doubt i'll even own a car if i move, mainly survive off biking which would make it more ideal to go somewhere with mild winters♣BOSTON STRONG♣

Morning bros! TGIM!
I hit a PR yesterday ... my knees don't like me too much right now, but it was worth it.

Edit: @Audie, I'm getting those Tommy Kono knee sleeves you recommended some time back.

Thanks for the tips bro!
Yeah I know I'm not supposed to look down, but I haven't developed the spatial awareness as to where my feet are regarding width and angle. So I look to make sure they're set where I want them to be. Need to squat more
I noticed the small rounding too. I think that's because I went a couple of inches lower than usual - I normally stop at below parallel - and my lack of flexibility pulled me out of a normal flat/arched back. That's just a mental thing. Because it was a PR attempt (on video!), I wanted to make sure I hit depth and actually overdid it a little.## chillin at home crew

Good stuff Kenshin. Always nice to attempt a PR.
Had a pretty good workout today.
425lbs x5 2 sets
455lbs x5 3 sets
And definitely get those TK Knee Bands. I love them - i dont squat without them! Definitely worth it!
Kudos to you though.NPC Competitor/Fitness Model

Tilapia don't taste like crap. It's more fishy IMO than salmon. Tilapia actually has more protein than salmon and a lot less cals. On a cut I don't eat beef but just once in awhile. I eat predominantly grilled chicken, tilapia/salmon/tuna, turkey burgers, eggs for my meat source.

Thanks man, I'll start doing some hyperextensions. By the way, it was a low-bar squat. Do you think I need to place the bar lower than that?
Thanks bro, you're beasting it up! I can't wait to get the TK sleeves. My knees have been sore here and there since I've been squatting heavier.## chillin at home crew
