    Intra 1 scoop of Xtend.

    Postworkout Food.

    Legs

    Notes: Last night I attempted to do Hosum's lunch hour legs routine. But of course I only use half of the weights that he uses. And is was hard as fuk.

    Routine is like this. All 1 min rest in between sets.
    - Squat 3 sets of 20 reps
    - Legs curl 3 sets of 20 reps
    - Legs extension 3 sets of 20 reps
    - Legs press 5 sets of 20 reps
    - Calves raises 5 sets of 20 reps


    Warm up/Cardio: 15 mins Spinning Cycle, Cals = Unknown.

    Exercise: 1 BB Squats
    95x20x1 warm up, 1 min rest
    95x20x1 1 min
    135x20x1 1 mins (working set)
    135x20x1 1.5 min
    135x10x1 1 min
    135x12x1

    Notes: After the 2nd working set my legs were burning already. Took an extra 30 secs of rest and still couldn't get 20 reps in so I decided to add another set to it.

    Exercise: 2 Cybex Laying Legs Curl
    80x20x3 1 min rest

    Exercise: 3 LifeFitness Legs Extension
    100x20x3 1 min rest

    Exercise: 4 Flex Calves Raises Machine
    1Px20x3 1 min rest

    Notes: Legs extension machine was being occupied so I switch to calves raises first. Also I forgot I was suppose to do 5 sets of this so I went back to do another 3 sets after legs press.

    Exercise: 5 Legs Press
    2P/Sx20x5 1 min

    Exercise: 6 Flex Calves Raises Machine
    1Px20x3 1 min rest

    Notes: Legs were fully burned after these and I couldn't believe all of these were completed less than 45 mins. Fastest legs session that I ever had. lol Since there is some extra time left, I went ahead and added more exercises to it.

    Exercise: 7 BB Front Squat
    95x10x3 1 min
    135x8x2 No rest count, took as long as I needed to recover

    Exercise: 8 Single Leg Press
    2P/Sx10x3 1 min

    Exercise: 9 Cybex Cable Single Calf Raises
    50x25x2 1 min
    50x20x2 1 min

    Exercise: 10 LifeFitness Single Leg Extension
    55x10x4 1 min

    Exercise: 11 TRX Leg Squat (Got this from Ryoubakua)

    Notes: Not sure if I am doing this right. I think I kinda cheated on my way up by involving upper body movement. However, I still felt the burns.

    Abs: N/A.

    Cardio: N/A.

    Notes: This is something new for me. I always tried to go as heavy as I can since I want my legs to grow. With this short rest and light weight definitely has a different feels to it. I like it. That is all.

    Good stuff Bao! I did something similar to this last Thursday, however chit was pretty easy so i did 4 sets of 25 reps on pretty much all movements. Also threw in dropsets of 25 reps on a lot of movements as well.

    I never had fart issue with pwo. The only thing that gives me gas is protein. LOL I love the ripped and dash before someone walks by. LOL

    Notes: Last night I attempted to do Hosum's lunch hour legs routine. But of course I only use half of the weights that he uses. And is was hard as fuk.

    - Legs extension 3 sets of 20 reps
    - Legs press 5 sets of 20 reps

    Warm up/Cardio: 15 mins Spinning Cycle, Cals = Unknown.

    Exercise: 1 BB Squats
    95x20x1 warm up, 1 min rest
    95x20x1 1 min
    135x20x1 1 mins (working set)
    135x20x1 1.5 min
    135x10x1 1 min
    135x12x1

    Notes: After the 2nd working set my legs were burning already. Took an extra 30 secs of rest and still couldn't get 20 reps in so I decided to add another set to it.

    Exercise: 2 Cybex Laying Legs Curl
    80x20x3 1 min rest

    Exercise: 3 LifeFitness Legs Extension
    100x20x3 1 min rest

    Exercise: 4 Flex Calves Raises Machine
    1Px20x3 1 min rest

    Notes: Legs extension machine was being occupied so I switch to calves raises first. Also I forgot I was suppose to do 5 sets of this so I went back to do another 3 sets after legs press.

    Exercise: 5 Legs Press
    2P/Sx20x5 1 min

    Exercise: 6 Flex Calves Raises Machine
    1Px20x3 1 min rest

    Notes: Legs were fully burned after these and I couldn't believe all of these were completed less than 45 mins. Fastest legs session that I ever had. lol Since there is some extra time left, I went ahead and added more exercises to it.

    Exercise: 7 BB Front Squat
    95x10x3 1 min
    135x8x2 No rest count, took as long as I needed to recover

    Exercise: 8 Single Leg Press
    2P/Sx10x3 1 min

    Exercise: 9 Cybex Cable Single Calf Raises
    50x25x2 1 min
    50x20x2 1 min

    Exercise: 10 LifeFitness Single Leg Extension
    55x10x4 1 min

    Exercise: 11 TRX Leg Squat (Got this from Ryoubakua)
    10x2
    8x2

    Notes: Not sure if I am doing this right. I think I kinda cheated on my way up by involving upper body movement. However, I still felt the burns.

    Abs: N/A.

    Cardio: N/A.

    Notes: This is something new for me. I always tried to go as heavy as I can since I want my legs to grow. With this short rest and light weight definitely has a different feels to it. I like it. That is all.
