I've been cutting since Sept. 24 so yeah I'm moody lately Low T3, leptin and hormone levels but fuk it I'm gonna get shred before I start lean bulking

Versa Gripps are legit bro, I have been using mine for the last almost 3 years now and still love them.

I cant wait to see you shredded bro. With my height and small frame, I feel like I need to go down about 145bls to be ripped. from there I'll bulk all fall and winter and hope to gain about 6lbs of lean muscle.

Disregard weight status. Acquire leanness, because when you reverse diet/lean bulk anyway, you can stay lean while gaining strength, muscle and size. My goal is to get back to 225 and stay there but get stupid crazy strong.

Dan Green is a beast if there ever was one. But you never know how close you can get to that size + strength without riding the bike. Certainly a good goal to shoot for.

Blasted back today, pretty good pump. Felt pretty strong. Aside from that - tryin to build up my core... so ive been incorporating some calisthenics... cant wait to lean out.

Have you ever been down to 158? Last time I was under 150 was back in my late 20's.

Last summer I got down to 163, this year I got to 164 but now my injury i will most likely gain a few.

See that's what peeps telling me too when I was thinking about doing a physique show maybe next year (dunno?) they said I maybe too "thick" for physique and need to do bb'ing comp instead. I feel the same way, I want to try Physique first then maybe a BB show.
