    Then I went on strong bulk my sophomore year of college then back down to athletic size when I played rugby.

    With my latest cut, I doubt I would want to ever strong bulk again, it's so much harder to cut now. Just need to lean bulk after this cut and maintain.

    one sport I wish they had here when I was growing up is Rugby, would have played for sure. I love watching it and not for the 250 either. This is a bad ass sport with no fake injury's or flopping to get penalties.

    i use to climb Crow Hill in my area, real rocks. There some indoor stuff up near Boston and I think in Burlington.

    Need some advice.

    I injured my shoulder this past Monday during bench press. The pain is on the middle of where my trap ends and shoulder begin. I've been icing it and did a light bi/tri workout on tuesday. Rest on wednesday. I felt pretty good but that night, my neighor called and her car ran out of gas right the middle of the street. i had to push the car to a parking lot which was on an incline. Now my shoulder is sore as hell and somtimes painful.

    Is it crazy that I still want to go to the gym today? I can do back work workout, yeah?

    If it's still hurting I won't even go to the gym for next few days and let it heal (maybe go and do cardio if you are cutting). I will not chance it and training back either today. That's just my advice.

    I wish you would of responded 2 min sooner, I just drank a scoop of Craze. man, I've been addicted to the gym the last couple of months. I feel like I cant function correctly if I dont.

    You can still do leg training with leg press, extensions, curls, anything that won't put stress on your shoulder, just an idea but if you trained it already like yesterday then yeah just do cardio and maybe add some abs.

    sounds like Tendonitis, Ibuprophin will help with tendonitis inflammation.

    Prehab is the name of the game.






    Find the exercises that you enjoy and help you the most. 10 minutes of your day will save you days/weeks of pain and rehab. In the 2nd vid, the first exercise helped me a chit ton when I injured my shoulder.

    Then I went on strong bulk my sophomore year of college then back down to athletic size when I played rugby.

    Jett -- I always do Mobility work now pre-workout and at home during my off day. Knock on wood, I haven't been injured since and my recovery has increase tremendously.
