I know that WILL NEVER get old haha! you all are to funny.
Not a whole lot, been FOB hoppin a lot, helping out here and there. Still gettin it in the gym so thats always a good thing. No more attacks as of yet, until the summer actually hits, then we'll seee. I'm not sure when i'll come home yet, havent set a date yet - i extended another year so - it'll be a while til im stateside again - i may just ride out the whole another year instead of R&R, so we'll see, im not sure yet.NPC Competitor/Fitness Model

Yep, just finished The Grandmasters.
It was trademark Wong Kar Wai artsy style movie. I had to wikipedia to make sure I knew I was even following the story correctly, and then read an interview with him to figure wtf some of the stuff was supposed to be for.
But I'm not sure why they even made this movie sort of about Ip Man. It seemed like the main idea of the movie wasn't even really about Ip Man, but they added in Ip Man to the story so they could market the movie as another Ip Man movie since he's the hot thing right now.My vids

How do ya'll weigh yourselves.. I got two scales & they say different things -_- I think digi scales don't work so well. The old school one in the locker room (like at the doctor) says I'm 126 & my digi says I'm 129. So I'm going with I hit my goal. :PR 1 35

Thanks for everything. My stats as of now is 5'8, 150lbs, 14 inch arms. I plan on doing my workouts/LISS M, W, F fasting. I just bought some BCAAs and will take it preworkout and then whey right after working out.
And yeah I snack on carrots, celery, almonds, peanuts.
Can't wait to post my next pic 3 months from now and then clean bulk

So I gotta go back to Guangzhou next week. Last year I posted about the Guangzhou convention center doing LCD displays and we planned to copy the Comcast center in Philadelphia. We just got the winning bid for the project. 20 million RMB (3.2 million USD) to do the display and the animation.

Sup brahs, had a set back today after. Was doing jump ropes and had bad pain in left calf area. I then tried too walk took two steps and down I went in excruciating pain.
Pretty much an Achilles rupture. I just got back from ER an hour ago and tomorrow I see an Othrodontist. Hopefully it's not bad and surgery is not needed. I am wearing a boot for now.Instagram= lighteyedhapa

Thanks Audie, I'm gonna see what happens this morning at the Ortho. If they tell me surgery not needed I will take some time off and do small workouts that font involve Achilles. I hope it's not a situation where they say if I get surgery then my Achilles will be stronger in the long run and if that is the case I will do the surgery since I'm so active.

I just go by one scale which is the digital scale that I have at home. That's the one I've been using to stay consistent and track my progress.
But pro-tip, if you are using two scales...just add both numbers divide by 2 and use the average weight. Let that be your weight for day/week?

So it's confirmed as a full rupture of Achilles.
Surgery is not required but will make me walk 2-3 times faster.
The full recovery is the same in terms of time and how well it heals.

For me, I would not have surgery if I know it will heal 100% on its own. Having surgery is not fun, plus you always have to think about the outcome of it. Until today, my arm does not feel like it used to be prior to the injure. The surgery fixed what needs to be fixed and allows me to lift again, but it just does not feel the same.
Morning ladies!!!If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

It's a "what if" for both situations. They both will heal the same and at the same rate.
