Exactly, I don't give a fuk. There's a song about it that I listen.
At first I was dealing with fear of losing size/strength but now I came to gripes with it that it's part of my transformation and will strive to get better by next summer same weight at 220-225 but much leaner with abs and strong as fuk.
You can still make all kinds of strength gains or atleast maintain while on cut bro.CONQUERING BARBELL

"Go and Get It"?
My plan is to bulk to 200 and then cut to 175-180 before building back up.
Yeah I think that's the part that'll take the most adjustment. But as Audietism said, there are ways to train so that you can maintain, if not actually gain, strength on a cut.## chillin at home crew

Looking good. Homo....I mean..no homo.
I wish I could keep 160lb and be leaner. But looks like I'm going to end up at ~155lb when its all done.
But it's funny how body frame/bone shapes/sizes really plays a huge factor in how someone looks. Cause I'm only 1" shorter than you and I'm at ~161 right now, so on paper it sounds like we're about the same size. But I'm pretty sure you would look alot bigger than me if we were standing next to each other. My pics I ever put up are all from straight front or back, which makes me look bigger than in real life. I'm actually really thin bone and have pretty flat body so I still looked thin from the side when I was almost 175lb during Dec. I just can't get that 'thickness' that you and alot of people have.
Like, I just took these pics an hour ago after workout this morning.
I think look decent in these straight on shots.
But in these pics, it shows how flat my chest really is. The ribcage is a little concave and very shallow. I'm not bending my fingers there. It really does go all the way in that far.
When I have a shirt on, it looks kinda normal cause my pecs make it look normal shaped under the shirt. You can kinda see how low it is here. Its actually slightly concave shaped. So before I ever worked out and had no pecs, I looked skinny as f*ck. My parents even had my grandma send herbs for me to eat/drink cause they thought my body wasn't growing right.
But that's why I'm good at pullups and pretty good at bench for my size now. I used to only do chest and back all the time cause I thought everyone else was born with bigger muscles and I wasn't. Didn't even occur to me that the ribcage was a issue. It was my biggest body insecurity for a long time. I don't care as much now cause I've accepted it now, and just work with what I got now.

I guess its good that I used it motivate me to work my ass off on some things.
But I really hated my body for a long time. In college, when sometimes playing drinking games, my friends would have me take off my shirt, raise my arms up, exhale hard, and then hold it like that cause my chest would soooo flat. They called that the 'flounder' trick, after that really flat fish.
Sucked when we were playing drinking games and girls were there, and I had to do that if I lost.My vids

Wow...I just found that Urban Dictionary has an entry for crossfit. Here are some of the definitions it has. LOL
"A bunch of rich white people paying $250/mo. to have an uncredentialed coach instruct them to have spasms with PVC pipe and siezures on pull-up bars until they vomit. They generally do this for a period of 10-30 minutes and call it a workout. Those who partake in these group activities also have the option to pay $1000 to attend a weekend course where they have an alcoholic instruct them how to better lift their PVC pipe. Some people who do these activities may also confuse being nauseous with being elite."
"A cult/organization of failed athletes who are coached by trainers that have purchased online certifications claiming to be world class olympic lifters.
Facilities offering 'functional' training by incorporating epileptic pull up techniques, high intensity olympic lifts and other circus acts posing as strength development methodologies.
Workouts are comprised of a heap of confusing exercises at high repetition with no result driven motivation.
If this method of training does not make you puke while performing it will make you puke by observing."
"A new and expensive way of re-branding boot camp and circuit training. Also a method of selling out while pretending to be hardcore and underground."
"
An elaborate way to control the human mind so it will eventually rationalize any monetary transaction.
Person: You spent how much on that T-shirt?!
CrossFitter: It's more than just a T-shirt, you wouldn't understand."My vids

^^^LMAO too bad Urban Dictionary is blocked at work. I used to read stuff there for shyts and gigs.
One time I tried to submit an Urban Dictionary Definition of "New Evolution"
Ho might remember that, I had a screenshot of my write-up and everything.CONQUERING BARBELL
