i've been hitting abs pretty often, to build core strength mostly since i still got a ways to go of cutting before i'll see abs but how often do you brahs hit abs?♣BOSTON STRONG♣

You can do all the abs exercises you want and your core strength will still suck. I'm not saying not to do abs but you don't need to do a lot. Core strength comes from in my opinion the basic big compound movements (Squats, Deads, SLDL)
My whole abs routine is 1 circuit of 15 reps of 3-4 exercises; leg raise, knee ups, cable crunch, and some twisting movement and that's it. I do it twice a week.Let's put a smile on that face :)
