hosum ive been using some nike gloves from academy and i got some schieck wrist wraps good on my pressing days, i wear gloves regardless now...my hands cant take anymore calisus. also finally got a pair of versa gripps. OMG WORKS WONDERS ON BACK DAY.

me and tk killed it last night. chest/back superset

bench/pullups 5 sets
incline/tbar row 5 sets
flyes/bb row 5 sets

dips/close grip pulldowns 5 sets

then we went to ihop like midnight got some steak n eggs.

then i spelt hella good. woke up refreshed.

im really impressed with TK's progress his last set on incline just went beast mode perfect reps and got more reps. without my help

You can do all the abs exercises you want and your core strength will still suck. I'm not saying not to do abs but you don't need to do a lot. Core strength comes from in my opinion the basic big compound movements (Squats, Deads, SLDL)

My whole abs routine is 1 circuit of 15 reps of 3-4 exercises; leg raise, knee ups, cable crunch, and some twisting movement and that's it. I do it twice a week.
