He's stable now bro, docs saying they will move him to a regular room soon...Real life's gonna be real life yesterday for me. Saw a family of a lady (not even in her 40's)in the ICU. It looks like they gonna pull the plug on her...Man, freaken hit me hard and made me more motivated to stick to a healthier lifestyle...Don't want my daughter, wifey and family see me go through that.

Yeah FIL was airlifted through helicopter, we drove 2 hours one way to get to Memphis and drove back the same day yesterday. I was freaken tired both mentally and physically. Fuk I hate the ICU.

was lazy as hell to go through pics but finally went through and found old whale pics

quick back story, was 260 lbs freshman year of HS (first pic)
became a beginner lifter but thot i was swole as fck (second pic)
college started, got a gf and started partying so disregarded gym, graduated at 230 (third pic)
been lifting srsly again for about a year since graduating college (fourth pic)

early high school - i cringe at how i used to dress too

end of HS - strong spikey hair and gold bracelet, i cringe everytime

never used to squat or deadlift when i lifted during HS, was a huge upper body whore and one of those teens who wears beaters to the gym thinking he's swole when did i even lift?

quick note: had surgery on both shoulders for labram tears which hinder my gains

can see my gyno in most recent pic and still got a long way to go in terms of losing fat but "i'm closer than i was yesterday"

My s/o is in marketing so I'll just get him to push it. With my sales & finance background & his business & marketing background & we have friends who are layers who can probably get us in touch with a patent lawyer. I think we could totally come up with a game plan to sell a good idea. When will it be my turn???

Eh, I don't know during high school I would train hard but I guess since I didn't have my own car to drive I would guess find excuses. That one year when I went MIA like 2010-2011 was when I got really addicted to computer games again but now I've stopped playing ever since 2011.

I've had an extremely traumatizing weekend.. my best friend's dog had violent seizures since like 6am on sunday morning. I rushed over there after she got back from the vets & a little after noon the dog had another one & died. She's a mess and I feel so bad. Dog was only 7.. small ones are suppose to live quite long. Then I'm at home staring at my dogs & my lab/hound is 11 this year.. limping b/c she's got bad hips... eyes are starting to show clouds and signs of cataract setting in.. gonna be so depressed when I have to put her down & my other one is 14. omg why can't they just live forever -__-
