Some flat shoes have more padding on the inside of the shoes so it's not all hard and crappy like chucks. I was thinking along those lines.

I think I'm going to eat something on squat mornings from now on. It felt much better doing that. The other days, I'm totally ok going in fasted.

But I need to lay off the caffeine for a week or so again. My tolerance is built up again. Two pills today and it really didnt' do much. When I take like 2 weeks with no caffeine, and then I pop 2 pills, I get all jittery like I want to chew on my lips.

I went & got my chicken zapped at lunch..

I see many ppl asking for money on the street in China for the same thing. Not sure if it is a scam or not but I did gave a few bucks a couple times.

I always give out my spare change... Just the dimes tho. You got to have serious talent to not find a job in China. If you're able to beg for money without a leg and arm or got a dead kid in your arms that means you can work.

The only time I really donate is each month to the Humane Society and Jet Li's One Foundation.

Too much real life do not want

I hear ya on building up caffeine tolerance. I think I'll cut back in the next couple of weeks when I do a deload that's when I don't even take a preworkout for a week and just do warm-up weights.

I think Fat Gripz is too much hype. I'll just do heavy deads, shrugs, and even farmer's walk if I want to build Popeye forearms.
I never trained my forearms directly, they get alot of training as it is already.

and yeah, long story short i was 260lbs in HS, started lifting and went to skinny**** mode at 160, college started and ballooned back up to 230 and been lifting for little over a year again and down to 185, feelsgoodman. been lazy but i'll upload progress pics this weekend

We're actually just going to Applebee's (my choosing) because I'm only allowed for a refeed. It's much easier to count my macros there than anywhere else that's around us. Went to O'Charleys last weekend and every damn thing there is atleast 5g of fat even the freaken rolls
