    Only strength loss for me is on my squats all else is intact. I have been working on cleaning up my reps and TUT lately though.

    2lbs per week is actually alot. I used to try for 1lb per week, but right now I'm only getting maybe .5 lb per week. But keep doing it if you aren't losing strength.

    I used to noticeably lose strength at 1lb per week weight loss. So this year I'm trying to see how it is if I go really slow.

    But its slow partly cause I keep eating out. I went out for beer and burgers late last night, and just got back from lunch with a friend. And I'm supposed to meet someone for lunch tomorrow too.

    Don't feel bad. I happen to have a bad left knee from playing football and rugby, freaken dislocated it twice already and cost me $4K thus far. It doesn't stop me from squatting but I still yet to break past 425 on squats for 2 reps. And I mean parallel or below parallel non of that partial squat b.s..

    LOL I don't feel bad. I was just messing. We all got some weakness, my knees are just happen to be mine. I can deal with squatting 95lbs all day.
