    since i've been doing squats 2x a week i do squats on leg day and do squats again on chest day. just squats on chest day though, no lunges/leg curls/leg press etc. feelsgoodman

    I can confirm, I was eggs. On that note, I'm 20 so I'm pretty sure I'm in my reproductive prime right now. I'm sure this balances out in a way that will work for the both of us.

    Not wasted at all. You can send the $120 squat shoe my way. :} I dont' know how you guys can squat so damn much. I am happy with my 95lbs squat.

    My squat is pretty piss poor compared to most people on here. But I'm working on it. I'm thinking of doing a super clean bulk through summer and winter and maybe I'll have respectable squat numbers by next year.
