Yeah bro. The late night long workouts were killing me. I was pretty tired the next morning, having to get up early and take care of my son, etc.

So now I'm doing mornings twice a week. When I can't fit everything in, then I finish it up in a night session.

Just ordered the Rogue Do Win weightlifting shoe. Hope I got the right size cause some people say to order a half size smaller, but the website says order normal shoe size so I did that.

Yeah, saw it over the summer. It was called Wu Xia when it first came out in asia, and getting renamed for US i guess. It was pretty good.

Seach for it under the name 'Wu Xia' at Kickass Torrents if you want to torrent it.


I'm waiting for someone to get hold of a good copy of The Grandmaster, which was just released in asia. And can't wait for the Ip Man 3 movie that Donnie Yen is supposed to do again.

Yeah, for squats. A raised heel really lets you get deep for squats. I can get ass to grass with flat shoes, but I found that raising my heel still feels more solid when going low.
It's $119. I was going to get the Adidas one that is $90, but then I liked how this one looked better. And it has a slightly higher heel too which I think will be good.
