Brahs I found out the secret to mixing Myofusion. I got to use a actual shaker bottle that can hold a lot of water instead of using the small plastic tea bottle I normally use.

You work out every single day? I think 6 days/week would be the most I was doing.
But I do find that I'm less sore if I do a body part 2 days a week vs once a week. I do slightly less volume when I do twice/week but same intensity and weight, but I think the extra circulation from twice/week helps with soreness. Its lactic acid buildup and more blood circulation helps. Like you know how sometimes you are still sore and go workout, but after starting the workout it doesn't feel sore anymore.My vids

Whats up my asian brah's.
New here and wanting to introduce myself.
Been bulking for about a year and a half went from a scrawny 120 to a still scrawny 148. I had no diet at all, and just ate whatever. I'd like to bulk up to 170 and shred to 165. I'm about 5'8. I'm starting a new diet and hopefully this will help me achieve my goal of 170. Consists of 3000 calories and 200g of protein, which will all be clean.
What really motivated me is watching the videos of Hanhchampion, ice1cubed and bartkwan on youtube. If those azn brothers can do it, well hopefully so can I. Another motivation is to look buff and have massive arms while wearing scrubs. I'll be applying to med school next year and If I get in, I want to look like Phillipe nover.
If med school doesn't work out, If I achieve a great body, then theres always being a male stripper
Anyways just wanting to say hi to my fellow azn's and hopefully by joining this forum I'll be able to stay motivated.

I might be 'officially' starting my cut this next week too. I might as well cause I had no appetite the past 3 weeks and so it wasted the past 3 weeks of my bulk. But my shoulder was messed up the past 3 weeks anyway, so it didn't really matter I guess.
But I'm not at the weight I wanted to be yet, but I wnat to get rid of some of the fat again.My vids

is your shoulder good now? you can just lean bulk if you aren't at your desired weight yet.
since i knew my official cut was starting this week i kind of went over board with the eating the last few weeks. with the holdiays and my brothers wedding i pretty much disregarded diet for last 3 weeks, feelsfatman. i still lifted at least though but now its all behind me and ready for calorie counting time

I want to say the shoulder is 90%. The other day I felt a tiny something when I warmed up with lat pulldowns to test it. So I changed grips to see if it helped. I found I was able to do neutral grip chins without any discomfort. So I ended up able to do 3x5reps with 90lbs strapped on for neutral grip chinups. Felt good since it was the first real back workout in 3 weeks.
And then yesterday, I was able to do chest day and I felt no discomfort. /knock on wood.
But I'll probably give a another weeks rest before hitting chest or back again just to make sure I ease into it and not rehurt it again.My vids
