I dont' think the rest has much to do with it. I been using Craze & Hemavol for over two weeks until I ran out of Craze and then jumped on WF right way. To my surprising, its pretty damn good. I was underestimating it at first. I thought I probably wouldn't feel much from it and I was wrong. The only thing I hated is the dump that I need to take after drinking it. lol
Oh I got 2 more tubs of Craze arrived. I will get on BRX once it arrives and once BRX is done, I will finish off the WF first. Then I don't know what I should use next since I have Rage, Craze and a tub of OPUS that B Con hooked me up with. I think I will go with OPUS since I have never tried.
Btw, tried Assaults for a couple weeks and it does not thing for me.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.

grinding my way back to 200 lbs after droping about 7 lbs thanks to last weeks hospital vist. Wish me luck bros.
Also I started hiting my delts more now that I don't feel pain in my rotator cuff. Dam delts are a good looking muscle....going to be doing side raises like a beast going forward.

I WILL POSt squat video soon after my knee heals, i been doing heavy squats twice a week and its taking a toll on my knees ligament area, cant even bend it. 405lbs for 8 reps and 315lbs for 10 plus reps, no knee wraps, belts, neck pads or anything.... not juicing too, u mad?
