Good deal on the price, but that rack looks candy coated. Flashy paint job, but I can tell it's not built to last. Make sure you test it out before you buy it.

That rack looks good, but something seems off about it... dip/roman chair attachment is removable right? lol at the candy coated comment. That about hits the nail on the head.
Thanks for the tips on the powerlifting meet guys. I'll be doing it raw, so knee wraps/sleeves, wrist wraps, and 4 inch belt only allowed. Haven't been practicing with wrist wraps, so I may just skip that. Been practicing with a lever belt (hurts like a mofo still! haha) and rehband knee sleeves (love those things) and Nike Romaleos.
Haven't hit a 1 rep max on any of my lifts in a while, but got a easy 315x8 on squats a couple weeks ago. My gym 1RM PR is 345... so I'm thinking of opening up with an easy 335. Depending on how that feels, I'll probably go past 345 for my second attempt and try to hit 350. IF that goes well, third attempt will be balls to the wall 365, which just seems so out of reach! Hopefully I'll thrive under the pressure!!!
The scariest one will be bench. Pause benches are soooo much harder than tap and go. I've done 215x2 paused for 4-5 sets about 4 weeks ago and 210x4 paused about 2 weeks ago. My gym PR is 235 tap and go. I'm gonna go a conservative 220 for my opener. If that feels good, gonna go for my 235 gym PR. IF that is good too, I'll try 250! Just like with the squat, something I've never even thought about before.....!
Deadlift seems to be my most confident lift, but who knows after the squat and bench... Best gym PR was a comfy, held 425. I'll probably go conservative on this one and start with 405. Then try 425 for second. Then 445 or 450 for all out!
Got some of Team 3DMJ there and I've consulted with coach Alberto Nunez a little about this stuff. I'll ask him where to go from there too!
Also, I'm unsure how the order of people will go... by weight on bar? Or by weight class? I'm sure it'll be debriefed the day of.
One more light bench workout tomorrow (work up for 85% 1RM for a single) and then rest. So I ordered the candy grape craze and gasfarti creatine, the creapure was all out. What type of glutamine do you brahs take?
Xtian and Soopy I looked at your bodyspace and saw you 2 used to be fatties. How long did it take you to get rid of the fat underneath the belly button. When I wake up it's like a small lump but by night time it like doubles in size!
Also my arms are getting veins again so I'm happy. Shoulders veins are beginning to pop out only when I do chest or shoulders.
Here is my workout...
Day 1 - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps/Abs
Day 2 - Back/Traps/Biceps/Abs
Day 3 - Legs/Forearms/Abs
Day 4 - See day 1 different exercises
Day 5 - See day 2 different exercises
Day 6 - See day 3 different exercises
Day 7 - Full body 1 exercise per body part/3 sets light weights 20 reps.
I know I should rest but I don't care because building muscle is not a priority right now. It's getting ripped.Let's put a smile on that face :)

get ripped son, gotta diet harder, keep up with the consistant training. As for Xtain i dunnno what he did. I took some Yohimbe HCL which can help with the stubborn fat areas on men, lower abs and love handles. you got a good split dont worry about high reps, i say keep pushing heavy weight!
