I am surprised the Lakers didn't bring Phil back. I guess they don't want to fork out 10-12 mils a year for Phil when they can pay D'Antoni for 12 mils for 3 yrs. It will be interesting to see how D'Antoni do with the team. I know Nash is happy but interesting to see how it goes with the team being a run and gun team now.

If D'Antoni can develop team chemistry and utilize all his weapons...This team is def. better than the Knicks team or even the Suns team that he coached with Shaq in it...I know I know that was Shaq's last couple of years in the league.

Save all your energy before and day of. You lifting unequipped or geared? If geared, your gonna get these dudes that ask for your help putting their suits n shirts on (srs), don't help. Those are a bitxch to put on and it takes a lot of energy n strength from your grip.

Depends on your order too. If your one of the first, start with a strong lift and establish yourself. If your on the back end, do the minimum you think will get by. Second heat, go as heavy as you can comfortably. A lot of people overestimate their strength and energy and save it for the final attempt, only to fail.

JB completely gives Chinese people a bad name... I'm ashamed to be Chinese. Good thing I'm not Chinese but I'm Hong Kong-ese! (Refers to the recent HK movement).

How do long limbed bros deal? my bench is about 3rd in my gym ..............but the guys that are 1 and 2 have tiny T-rex arms....i have to bench the dam bar 8 ish inches more than them.
