Junk foods will do that to you. Divorce the potatoe chips NAO and get in the gym and train, train, train like no tomorrow. You will come back and thanks us tomorrow after a good sweat.

LAF is fine. They COULD add more power cages and possibly some GHR machines, but I highly doubt it. I'm always fighting to get the one and only power cage in the LA fitness in Chicago, mind you it's also a signature gym.

They do lack some equipment, but you can make up for the equipment w/ diff exercises (for the most part).

Just take a break from lifting and you'll probably get right back at it.

I just found out why one of my investors made the China must beat Taipei 20x in gold medals for 40k USD bet with me. Chinese Taipei has an incredibly strong women's Tae Kwon Do team that did extremely well last year in the Guangzhou Asian Games.

Yeah I got off track with eating. Dang that OC fair & all their delish food. haha I still go every other day. I've just been playing ball instead of lifting so it's not that I'm idle.

I'm trying to lose 10 lbs too! Lets do it I don't notice equipment lacking.. but then I only really use free weights & cable machines so I probably don't notice this stuff.

This happens to a lot of people, sometimes it's just life that gets in the way, other times it's lack of motivation. The best way to get back into it is buy some clothes that are too tight so you HAVE to workout to get it to fit! Don't wanna waste them monies!

Or find yourself a workout partner :P

All of my clothes are already pretty fitting as it is.. plus it would be a horrible idea to buy more clothes since I'm a hoarder with way too many clothes. I would love a work out partner but I don't have any gfs that lift. I'm on the search though! I did approach another chick that I see in the gym but I bet she thought I was some kind of creep with her crappy attitude. lol it's odd making friends with women in the gym.. much easier when you're playing a sport.

I go to gnc when I'm out of vitamins or something. I normally get all my things off of supplement warehouse. Seen a couple of VS around but I haven't stepped inside yet. May check it out. Just ran out of PWO going to jump on the craze wagon soon.
