I go ATG only at 95 and 115lbs. 135 I try for ATG but usually fail by the 4th rep. I only want my quad to show a tear drop. There is no reason at all to have huge quads unless you're a idiot or a bodybuilder which is the same thing. Bruce Lee sure as hell didn't have huge quads. They were just ripped.

LOL Not going to deny it. Yes, I am homerism and probably blinded by it in some area.
Also agreed Brown is not a good coach and needs to let Nash to run the point. Nash doesn't look like himself last night. He didn't have that many touches either. They need to use him like how Phoneix and Dallas used to use him. I really dont like Brown at all. (no wacist) I just think he is a ****ty coach. He did good in Cleveland is because of Lebrone. Looks what happened when Lebrone left. Kobe has a good shot winning his 6 titles with this squat. Hope Brown doesn't fuk up the Lakers that hard. Mine's pretty weak too, but gotta start somewhere. I'm only doing sets of 4-8 reps in the 185-225 range right now. But then again, I'm one of 2 people I ever see even going past parallel or even hitting parallel at all, so maybe my squat would be the same as the others I see that only go down halfway but use more weight.
I saw this kid today literally load up the entire leg press with as many 45's as they could get, wrap up his knees, and then do his 2inch range while his friend was recording it on his phone.My vids

Had a really good chest workout today...pushed myself really hard. Then I get home and I realize something on my tongue hurts so I look in the mirror. I somehow got a blood blister on the side of my tongue, probably from straining so hard and scraping it on my teeth or something. wtf.

I see those partial squats all the time. I try to hit parallel and if I am going too heavy, I try to get as close to parallel as possible.
Good job hitting chest.
I don't mean the run and gun type of team. The Lakers need Nash to run the offense and set up plays. He needs to have the ball and the offense should begin with him having the ball. He can then set up plays.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.
