When do you guys usually eat most of your carbs? Before or after your workout? I heard eating all your carbs before your workout is better so this way you burn that and fat instead of your muscles.Let's put a smile on that face :)

Me personally - i only carb on certain days. As you know carbs supply the energy - after, it goes to another source - fat. If your able to you can use an intra workout drink to supply more carbs. But like i said on my like for instance, heavy days, sometimes i carb up, eat/drink an intra, but other times - some intense workouts - i carb only a little bit throughout the day so i can burn more fat instead from the carbs ive ate.

What's the point of doing squats and getting huge quads? Girls don't even like it. The only reason I do them is because I want the round ass because chicks like that but I never go over 135-155 lbs.

lol'ed at MB thread, dished out some poverty negs in that thread.
happy halloween brahs, work kitchen full of chocolate/candy. kinda groce seeing people chow down on chocolate at 8 in the morning.
two blocks from me has like 4 downed trees and a fck ton of power lines from sandy, luckily my street is good and clear and kept power.

I actually don't really time my carbs. So its probably spreadout during the day. When I cut, I watch overall calories more than worry about the macros and timing. The only macro I kinda keep an eye on is getting enough protein. I honestly don't see a difference from when I have tried eating carbs at certain times.
