I'm working from home today because I have to pick up my kid early from preschool and it's raining out. Didn't feel like spending 1+ hours in traffic when I have to leave work early anyway. May take advantage of the opportunity and take a power nap ... Didn't get much sleep last night

Day is going good. Started my day an hour earlier today cause of meeting. I am not a morning person at all. Starting an hour early for me is what people normal starting time. lol

Must international asian leg day today. I did legs today too.

Added stiff legged deadlifts today though I haven't done these in 10yrs. I dont' think I'll be able to walk tomorrow cause my hammies were already stiffening up right after the workout.

I did back today. And within 2.5 weeks now of eating rabbit food and drinking shakes I have lost 5lbs and able to see abs again. Another 5 lbs and I'll turn veiny again then new progress pics.
