Was going to skip back day today since my shoulder is still messed up.
But since today is the last day before the world ends, I wanted to make sure I got some swole on before its all over. So did some light weight high rep lat pulldowns and curls.

When you guys bulk, after so many weeks, do you feel like it gets hard to eat extra calories after awhile cause you seem to not have the same appetite? Its like my body is regulating my calorie intake and is saying enough is enough and killing my appetite.
I go through this every winter bulk. I was able to eat well for about 8 weeks where I was seeing a weight gain and strength gain every single week. And then so far this entire Dec, I've noticed that my body just doenst' have the same appetite. I really have to force myself to eat more and eat calorie dense foods like McDonalds to get extra calories to try to maintain bulking. My bodyweight hasn't really moved much in the past few weeks.
I thought it was maybe food not passing through cause not enough fiber, so I started drinking psyllium powder a couple times a day to add extra fiber. And I'm so regular now and all floaters too (fun fact...floaters mean you have enough fiber cause the fiber makes your stool not as dense...sinkers have less fiber in them and are less dense). But I still have to sometimes force myself to eat if I want to eat over maintenance calorie level.
