Man what time do you fellas come to work? 10-11AM PST?
I'm up at 7:30 PST with my son. I get on Skype at 8 for conference calls (we have employees in Europe) while trying to give my son breakfast. Most days I also take him to his pre-K class after breakfast. All in all, I don't get in to the office until 10 at the earliest The hours are flexible though as long as you get your work done, so no biggie.

You really did not know me...A year and half ago when I was working at the steel mill I would get up at 2:30-3AM to train until 5, because I have to be at work by 6:30 on the daily.

My day is similar to yours except shifted later by 3 hours. Up at 7:30 to take care of my son, in bed by 2 AM or so.
