One of the settings of my company thanksgiving feast. We still got 1 whole turkey untouched and another that's half eaten. Total 4.5 turkeys got demolished but all the side dishes are gone.
LOL I didn't make it in to the gym yesterday. I woke up a bit late and ended up just watching football and basketball. lol
I did got fat and not sure if I am happy about being fat. LOL Did you do any black friday shopping?
Did some browsing online but haven't pulled the trigger on anything. My wife is sick so we didn't really have a Thanksgiving. We're just staying in the whole 4-day weekend so she can get better. Did you do some shopping today?
I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger for a Galaxy S3 16GB on Verizon. Amazon has a sweet deal for it right now and my company will still pay for the purchase. I'm trying to get them to pay the whole bill every month

I tried the HanhChampion pullup where you pull yourself up and then push your body halfway up the bar. That sh!t is hard yo! I did 1 somehow. I think your back's gotta be totally strong where you can kind of pull yourself up so fast then loosen your grip then push yourself up.

Yeah, its a muscleup.
JB, try doing the pullup using a 'false grip'...where you don't just hang on the bar with the fingers, but hang on to the bar as close to the palm as you can. That way you don't really have to change the grip when transitioning from the pullup to the dip like part of the muscleup. It'll make it slightly easier.

But I figured out how to do those muscle ups from watching numerous youtube vids. Also figured out doing those it's not wise to wear gloves while doing them
Yesterday I got delts, 30 minutes of HIITS, 20 minutes of abs and calf raises. Pretty intense day.
At some point today I think I will do a long run. Shooting for 4-6 miles or trail run up the 1200 foot hill in my back yard. Cold today but good for a run.
I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

Yeah that is tough but there is a trick to it as well. I'm going to attempt that soon.

So after a 3 year bulk since moving to China and not lifting any weights. Today is 1 full month that I have been back to the gym. So far I've lost 8lbs this month and my muscles are showing again and abs are beginning to show. Can't put up before pics cause it's embarrassing. I was very skinny fat...
My diet has been pretty clean with only eating Hot pot once a week for a cheat meal
For meat I've been mainly eating octopus, sashimi/sushi, pigs, lambs, snakes, crocodiles, kangaroos, donkey, and kobe beef.

6-7 AM - 2 pieces of wheat bread (nothing put on) and 2 eggs either scrambled or hard boiled in water or just a banana and a slice of cheese if I'm running late.
10-11 AM - 1 scoop protein shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 a shaker bottle of spinach salad (dressing is just vinegar)
12:30 - Workout
2 PM - 2 scoops protein shake, pasta or jasmine rice with lean ground pork and brocolli
5 PM - 1 scoop protein shake, 1/2 cup of spinach salad in the shaker bottle, and a hard boiled egg or a banana
8 PM - octopus, pigs, lambs, snakes, crocodiles, kangaroos, donkey, or kobe beef cooked in water, dipped in vinegar and minced garlic when eaten.
I actually don't do KTV's much now. The last time I went to one was 3 weeks ago but only stayed for half a hour. Before that it was about 4 months ago. If I want to go get laid I go straight to the sauna pay my 1000 RMB and I'm banging in less than 15 minutes. Going to sauna's saves time, money and it's drama free. Plus I get to have free showers, ears picked while I molest some chick, and all the water dumplings I can eat.
