FFFUUUU......
For the past couple months, I started hitting squats and stretching hard again since I had no more more pain in the gracilis taht was torn before, and the doc said it was ok to really stretch again. Though the doc did tell me that he didn't think it would ever regain the flexibility since it healed shorter and also would be a weak spot in the muscle cause of all the scar tissue there.
I was making alot of progress and gained alot of the lost flexibility back in the past 2 months. And today, after squats and while stretching, I felt a strain in that exact spot again. And to make it worse, when I felt that strain, I reacted and jerked my upper body slightly and felt a slight tweak in the lower back which used to always give me trouble too.
