What I like about Hawaii is I can go where I want. Carribean not so much. In three instances on three seperate islands we were con'd or close to. Dominican I had my camera stolen from us right on the little table next to us as we were tanning, at Jamaica I had a rastafarian (spelling) pull a machete on me and because he saw I had money (I was buying his carvings) and on St Lucia we had a guy who tried to con us into buying fruits and he tried to bring us to an isolated warehouse. Lucky in the last example a few locals told us to stop and he was no good. In Hawaii I never once felt my safety was in danger. Locals were all cool but it does help that I and wife look local as well.
Don't get me wrong Caribbean is beautiful depending on which Island but for me since I been to both I'd rather make the 12 hour flight west than the 4 hour south.
Yeah I did a cruise to Bermuda (Real close to Hawaii in terms of favorites) I wasn't into the cruise but loved the Island.
People in the NE typically don't like processed or corporation ran events. I felt the Island vacations were all scripted. I like to live my vaca's on impulse usually. Stayed in Jamaica for 10 days once, that first monday we did a few things but then the following monday it was clockwork. It felt like clockwork, sort of like a Fancy prison on an island.
Anywho we each like our own things so my comments were just what I feel and no bash.

Still haven't tried Balut and I was born in the Philippines. FUK! And I'm not on ec stack at the moment. I tried it last year for about 6-8 weeks...the caffeine intake was way too fukin high. I was topping out at around 500-600mg per day. No thanks Jeff.
I do take 8mg of ephedrine and 100mg-200mg of caffeine pre workout though. The ephedrine is advertised as relief for nasal congestion so it's pretty boss for athletics cause it frees up your breathing nicely.

I'm getting bored of my 5 day split and 1 day big 3 lifts, even tho I'm growing...
I did the push/pull/leg routine once when I was on roids and gained 5lbs but still it seemed to work. I think I can still get the same results since I actually care about nutrition now

Back, Rear Delts, Bis and Abs (Hypertrophy), Legs Hypertrophy, OFF

I don't feel weak or over-trained but I definitely need to cut my time down in the gym instead of taking 1.5-2 hours a day. I figure if I do this split I can get my workout done in 60-70 min and still being able to hit all the muscles just as much on a weekly basis plus I should be able to handle more weight since I'll be doing only half the amounts of sets each time.

Makes sense since you're pretty much taking care of the diet already anyway.

Actually my regular gym owner found out I was doing it and sort of raged. He's a friend of mine though. He was cool once I told him I am conventional lifter first

LAST NIGHT i went extreme on my chest even when my whole back is sore from monday back workout. trained soo hard to the point i nearly felt my left pec was going to come off my chest, my chest when pumped hits my 2nd finger when i put my thumb between my pec in the center of my chest with hand shaped like a sideway letter (L)
warmed up with cable flys and seated pec deck, about 15 sets of mod weights.
bench press. warmed up with 135lbs for 40 reps, 225lbs for 25 reps, 405 for 6 reps x2,dop back down to 315lbs for 18 reps,315lbs for 14 reps.
incline bench. warm up with 135lbs for 20 something reps, 225lbs for 18 reps, 315lbs for 6 reps... burns n tightnesss kicks in, 225lbs for 16 reps.
incline db press. 125lbs for 10 reps 2 sets.
decline bench warm up 225lbs for 20 reps times 2 sets, 315lbs for 8 reps.
seated declinemachine, as much as i can and as much reps as i can, about 6 sets
last seated pec fly for several sets n reps, dont remember much bc it was my first day i was able to hold a meal down from my stomach flu and 3 hours of sleep n 10 hours of work n still hit the gym

You may have a strong core already bro and I am betting you do have it already. You'll probably just like Schmack just focus on working on your form.
