update on ankle sprain from last night; decided to work from home so figured I'd try doing the ice bucket treatment for the first time.
did not expect it to be this excruciating, mind = blown how athletes do full body ice baths after workouts

sup brah's had crossfit this morning and sort of raged.
Someone asked if I would be going tomorrow and I said no I would be doing conventional lifting with compound movements. Coach said "why, you don't need that."
I bert stared and said how do you know that and it really depends on a persons goals to determine what they need and don't need. I really had to stop myself from going further and it was hard. I guess I witnessed the cult attitude.
Man I don't get it.
I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
