Today was chest for me too, but I felt too weak, so instead I ran for 3 miles.

I can confirm, I was eggs. On that note, I'm 20 so I'm pretty sure I'm in my reproductive prime right now. I'm sure this balances out in a way that will work for the both of us.

I"ve been doing squats 2 or 3 times per week for the past month now too. The first week sucked big time, but your body seems to adapt quick cause its ok now. I don't go as hard the 2nd day of the week though.
