my previous pr from a couple weeks ago was 265lb So I'm going to try at least 270, maybe go straight to 275, as 2.5lb plates are rare at my gym lol.
Only problem is that on 1rm like these, my form gets fuked up; my lower back rounds slightly. main reason why I only attempt new prs every couple weeks.
my theory is that I didn't do any direct lower back lifts during my dirty dirty bulk, so that when I started dl in middle of cut, all i achieved was a mind to muscle connection, allowing me to do the movement efficiently and correctly (on weights that I can do 5 reps or more), however, my lower back still lacks the mass and strength to stabilize on prs.
good news though, it's almost time to bulk for me! in a couple months

Nice! Similar approach big companies like Google, *** etc. does. I agree happy workers = more creative juices flowing, motivated and inspired.

Hi guys!!
I just joined BB forum, started working out seriously for beauty competition only a couple of months ago - super noob :P
I do have great resources though, I travel with training partners and two highly qualified trainers. So I might be new, but I am learning & improving fast!
I noticed there aren't many Asians into fitness - surprise surprise - and even less females. Needless to say my first couple of days' worth of inbox messages were...unhelpful.
But hopefully I can get actual motivation from this forum!
Always on the go, no regrets.

Asian butt syndrome isn't just limited to the females.
Its the reason why I started to do deep ATG squats a few months ago. The bottom part of deep squats hits the glutes more. It does seem to be helping.

I just did chest and abs this morning. I'm getting more vascular and ripped. I have veins that pop out of my chest and shoulders now and I some also gained 2lbs and I think it's muscle because I don't see any fat and when I pinch my sides it's almost mainly skin now.
The Timberwolf diet is doing wonders. I have one 2 days of carb refeed and the other days I just take in high amounts of protein and healthy fats.
