    This is why I'm thinking of doing it. I don't think most people do standing OHP. And everyone I see doing OHP does more of a push press with the legs driving the bar up. But I usually do it standing military with knees locked, so I've already kinda been training that move.

    Right now I can still do 135lb strict military for 3x8 reps, and was doing 3x10reps last month. So I think I can already do my BW right now. But not sure that's enough to place yet cause I don't know what's considered good on military press.
    I kinda don't want to train to go heavy on OHP though cause I'm afraid of hurting my shoulders. Hurt shoulders suck cause you pretty much can't do anything except legs after that.

    Dam that's pretty strong bro, what's that 80% of your current bodyweight for 3X8-10?

    If it's me, I will not do any lifting challenges and chance getting hurt. Do you still have a good insurance?
    I remember I was playing it safe when I lose my job because I had Cobra for supplemental insurance but that don't mean jack at all.

    Heh..thats another reason I dont' want to get hurt. I no longer have health insurance till I find work again. Cobra is way too expensive anyway, so I'm just taking my chances now.

    What's this "CONVO" on Kik all about? Poor me, only having a contact in KIK..and that's Evo You guys don't have to upgrade IOS to having Whatsapp/Viber. Whatsapp is basically a chatting platform, but Viber gives you both, text and free voice call (sometimes a bit suck, both gotta have strong wifi/3G connection). Over this region, both these apps are pretty famous, usually out of 10 smartphones, 9 had it Other alternative would be like Tango. However I find Whatsapp is still the most reliable and great. Check it out man!

    dang currently at 195 (cutting)....too small for 205..........and cutting 10 lbs before March 30 with Chinese New Years, my birthday,and a few work trips between while gaining strength doesn't sound good.

    Thanks for the heads up though. Overhead press is pretty decent lift for me. But something tells me the 185 winner should be able to at least press bodyweight, which with my elbow (2 surgeries) is not happening soon.
