Hello fellow asians..
This traveling for work bit is getting a little annoying.. haven't hit the weight room in 9days + after being consistent for a couple of weeks.. I'm back for 3 days then off on a plane again. Wack. Wack. Wack.
As long as diet is consistent then I'm good right? nomsayin :\
Hope ya'll lifting harder today to make up for my slack. hah

Eat right and make the hotel gym your friend.
Or I used to try to do a workout in the hotel rooms. You can do pushups, crunches, handstand pushups against the wall, bodyweight squats or pistol squats, dips on the bathroom counter, and toss a towel on top bathroom door and do pullups.

565lb bench club
so over a month and a half my apple sauce got lost in the mail or some crap and now i gotta wait for a resend hope it gets here in two weeks. was hoping to get bigger then ever.
changed my workout back to where it was from...
mon-back
tues-arms
wens-delt
thur-legs
fri-chest
now back to
mon-chest
tues-arms
wens- legs
thurs-back
friday- delt
pec been sore as hell from friday chest and yesterday was monday, did chest and did 405lbs barbell bench for nearly 10 reps, then 315lbs for 16 reps for 2 sets and drop it to 225lbs for mid 30 reps. decline 10 plates for 20 reps. im always strong on the decline, hammer strength machine for 3 sets. 275lbs for incline bench for 3 sets n lower the weights..
havent used the smith machine for chest in a while since u dont have much painful injuries now.
have not benched more then 515lbs this year, trying to build my 405lbs bench for 15 reps before i go back to benching 500lbs for reps or max out past 565lbs when i thicken up n get stronger

Go for Whey Protein Concentrates, isolates can be expensive also if you are tracking your macros doesn't make a huge difference since you can make anything fit in it.
I have been using ON Whey protein again and works well. Key is keep variety in your carbs/protein and even fat sources.

Whey protein isolate contains the highest percentage of pure protein among all types of whey protein, meaning there's less filler. This makes it more expensive than the other types. Dunno what the benefits of grass-fed whey protein is however. I'd have to look that up.

Not necessary the case Look at Wheyology by Truscience Nutrition. 100% whey without it being an Iso.
MTS Whey also comes concentrated but claims to have good amount of whey protein (pure) in it.

sup ken n audi, thanks, been killing myself doing this without apple sauce, longer recovery but i been doing better by going to the casino once a week instead of 7 days a week like before.
i was killing it on back days doing bent over rows n nut sack rows with 6 plates after i benched 315lbs for 16 reps n had to rerack it on the bench, i ended up doing an upright row and rerack the 315lbs on the bench ont he top pins, i was like wtffff? am i doing? trying to get myself killed? but i did it while everyone looked at me like this 0_o. right after i did that guess who walked right next to me in his Force Factor t shirt? Vince TaYlor, i got to say whats sup to him
