Any of you brahs watch Donnie Yen's new movie yet? I think it's called "Dragon..." Came out in November 2012 in China; I can't seem to find it anywhere online

Yeah, saw it over the summer. It was called Wu Xia when it first came out in asia, and getting renamed for US i guess. It was pretty good.

Seach for it under the name 'Wu Xia' at Kickass Torrents if you want to torrent it.


I'm waiting for someone to get hold of a good copy of The Grandmaster, which was just released in asia. And can't wait for the Ip Man 3 movie that Donnie Yen is supposed to do again.

Is that use for squatting? How much that runs?

Yeah, for squats. A raised heel really lets you get deep for squats. I can get ass to grass with flat shoes, but I found that raising my heel still feels more solid when going low.
It's $119. I was going to get the Adidas one that is $90, but then I liked how this one looked better. And it has a slightly higher heel too which I think will be good.

Cant run in them. I think most good weightliftong shoes are stiff and cant run in them.
Its pricey but id rather hurt once than hurt twice cause didn't like what I bought and want get else. Equipment isn't replaced often so I try to decent stuff.

But if the$90 adidas was all all black I woulda just got that. I dont like flashy colors on my shoes

If I was squatting the weight you guys squat, I'd be ok with the bright colors. I still squat like a puss, so no point in drawing attention to myself.

Those shoes are fuken tight brah. I think I may go for the otomix or the adidas powerlift. I'm more for getting the adidas just because it's free and it has a .50 raised heal. The otomix looks cool but it's still flat heeled so I might as well stick to my chucks.

Wow...I ordered my Rogue shoes like at 12:30am today before going to sleep, woke up and saw that I got an email at 6:30am saying my order was processed, and then got another email at 8:30pm tonight saying that it was shipped, and has the UPS tracking# that says it'll be here tomorrow. That was super fast.

I thought I read that the Powerlift used to have both a .5 and a .6inch heel versions. I'd get the .6 then, if you have a choice. But the Rogue has .75" heel which is the other reason ,besides the looks, that I went with it over the Powerlift. But if a shoe was free...there would be no contest.

I thought I read that the Powerlift used to have both a .5 and a .6inch heel versions. I'd get the .6 then, if you have a choice. But the Rogue has .75" heel which is the other reason ,besides the looks, that I went with it over the Powerlift. But if a shoe was free...there would be no contest.

The Adipower has a 24 mm heel (~1 inch). I just tried them on. Other than the fact that they can serve as reflectors lol, they feel good. They run a little narrow though, so my feet are going to hate me for a while - I have wide feet.

I must have looked like a fool doing a few bodyweight squats in my kitchen
