I just ended my day and I ate a total of 4,478 calories today. How the hell do people do like 4000 calories eating clean? After my cheat meal it was hard to even get in my last 3 meals which was only a sweet potato for meal 4, tofu and 1 cup veggies for meal 5, and protein shake for meal 6

Leg day on wednesday. Which exercises overlap? Im not sure. 3x5 for strength 3x8 for some mass. What should I do to adjust this? Am I doing too much? Im strictly looking to build mass. Any advice is welcomed
