What are your guys calorie intake when cutting? My first 3 weeks I was doing 1300-1500 then the next 3 weeks I was at 1800-2100 now for the last week I'm at 2300-2550. I'm basically not losing or gaining weight usually a + or - 1 pound but each day that passes my abs seem to be more and more visible.
Let's put a smile on that face :)

Dam 3 degrees this morning.
Busted out delts and abs this morning, time to get serious with the cut.
JB I usually stay between 1800-2100 I don't like to venture to far off from there and typically adjust my cardio if I taper down.
I may not be there yet, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

yes it is fckin cold in boston this week
jb, i'm starting my serious cut now and at 1900 calories a day.
just bought C4 for my pre w.o. only used it twice so far and have to say i'm kind of disappointed. had high hopes for it since chris jones is a fan of it but its still early. used white flood prior to this and liked it much better.

I just found out they have another gym about 10 minutes from my office. Word!

my chest got bigger from changes in my workout. i been staying away from the casino n eating n sleeping a lil more, diff gym, more motivation to compete against the bigger guys in my gym and powerlifter, i guess i stilll hold currently one of the higest numbers during my workout hours so far. i was able to start one apple juice of my left over n nothing has come in yet so im still cold turkey tilll it comes in ill morphine to a true powerful beast.
triceps and pec delt area been feeling better so ill have a video coming up of me benching 315lbs for 20 reps and working on 405lbs for 10 reps, hard to do both in one night, ill burn up to quick and get fatigue lacid acid build up fast
