Its good Lovie is gone...he couldnt' get us over the hump. Got the hopes up high early this year only to show it was a fluke at the end.

I want to say the shoulder is 90%. The other day I felt a tiny something when I warmed up with lat pulldowns to test it. So I changed grips to see if it helped. I found I was able to do neutral grip chins without any discomfort. So I ended up able to do 3x5reps with 90lbs strapped on for neutral grip chinups. Felt good since it was the first real back workout in 3 weeks.
And then yesterday, I was able to do chest day and I felt no discomfort. /knock on wood.
But I'll probably give a another weeks rest before hitting chest or back again just to make sure I ease into it and not rehurt it again.

Been bulking for about a year and a half went from a scrawny 120 to a still scrawny 148. I had no diet at all, and just ate whatever. I'd like to bulk up to 170 and shred to 165. I'm about 5'8. I'm starting a new diet and hopefully this will help me achieve my goal of 170. Consists of 3000 calories and 200g of protein, which will all be clean.
What really motivated me is watching the videos of Hanhchampion, ice1cubed and bartkwan on youtube. If those azn brothers can do it, well hopefully so can I. Another motivation is to look buff and have massive arms while wearing scrubs. I'll be applying to med school next year and If I get in, I want to look like Phillipe nover.
If med school doesn't work out, If I achieve a great body, then theres always being a male stripper
Anyways just wanting to say hi to my fellow azn's and hopefully by joining this forum I'll be able to stay motivated.

I read this article yesterday http://joshhamiltonfitness.com/s-h-i-t-training cause i was googling Kane's workout rountine. I decided to try this routine out today for my back day. I basically modified it to do 5 lat exercises for 3 sets per exercise in 15 min then rested for 10 min and did 5 rowing exercises for 3 sets per exercise in 15 min.
Now 10 hours later I am so sore it's not even funny. It feels like the day I went to the gym and did my first back workout. I think I'm going to do 1 body parts a week now with this type of routine. I definitely had to drop a lot of weight by the time I was on my 3rd exercise but the pump was like woah

Still doing a slow bulk because I have a couple of lifting races I'm in. Hard to cut and gain strength at the same time.

I've used Assault. It was my pre before craze. Okay but nothing special. I'm about to order a tub of Recon for recovery. It'll be the first time I try it.
