I don't brah, but I do want ripped legs. I don't go totally heavy like most guys. My leg presses the most I'll do is like 4 plates on each side even tho I know I can do more. Can't get ripped legs without doing leg exercises.

I'm finding that when I used to say I don't want legs to be too big, its like when guys that dont workout would tell me they don't want to get too big. I was thinking they'd grow really fast, and then I would just do maintenance.
But I've been hitting ass to grass squats twice a week for 3months now and they still aren't up to where I'd like them to be. They have definitely gotten bigger, and some of it is probably the noob gains since I didn't really workout legs hard for a couple years at least.
I don't want huge legs where pants are hard to buy, but I'm finding that it doenst' happen as fast as I used to think it would. My ass has grown, but thats ok cause I wanted to add a little cushion to my asian butt anyway.

But I'm actually happy with legs that are 19-20 inches. I just want them ripped. Right now my legs are 19.25 if I'm measuring right and I'm happy enough with the size but it's not ripped.

How many days a week do you guys rest? Even with the daily massages now I'm beginning to find myself sore sometimes and think I need to have rest days. For the last 2 months 1 week I've only rested 4 days because of business trips and 2 days I was sick.
Let's put a smile on that face :)

I think most guys would do better if they rested more. Kill it in the gym on workout days but take rest days just as seriously.

Brahs I found out the secret to mixing Myofusion. I got to use a actual shaker bottle that can hold a lot of water instead of using the small plastic tea bottle I normally use.

You work out every single day? I think 6 days/week would be the most I was doing.
But I do find that I'm less sore if I do a body part 2 days a week vs once a week. I do slightly less volume when I do twice/week but same intensity and weight, but I think the extra circulation from twice/week helps with soreness. Its lactic acid buildup and more blood circulation helps. Like you know how sometimes you are still sore and go workout, but after starting the workout it doesn't feel sore anymore.
