I've decided to up my calories to 2,000.

I cut at a weekly average of 1900/day. Prob ends up being more like 1950 to be honest.
Lift 3x a week, I try to do cardio 3x a week - usually ends up being 1-2 with how busy i've been lately.
Here has been my progress at this cal intake, looks like i lose an extra .5-.7lbs when i can do cardio:
6/6: 179.4
6/14: 177.6
6/18: 174.80
7/2: 173.6
7/6: 171.6
7/13 170.6
7/20 168.4
7/27 166.8
8/3 165.8

I plugged your info in (age, height, weight, sex, activity) this and it said at 2,000 calories you should lose around 1.5 pounds a week.

Ok, I go to the gym 4 x per week but I'm doing Wendler's so i'm only in the gym for maybe 30-40 mins
I am just now really trying to get some more cardio in...such as walking, running, biking to and from the gym (6km round trip)
Ya, I was messing around with that website the other day when you posted it, I just had a hard time gauging what my activity level would be considered, I was just trying to be 'better safe then sorry' I guess**CAN Army Veteran**

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Chill little 21k hike today. A little touristy, short, and easy for my taste but I'm just getting the misses into it, so it's all good.

Well, I'm officially 20. This sucks :l. I feel so unaccomplished and bleh for being 20. So weird being out of my teens. I hope I can make this year a good one, I'm gonna do it big.
