I have heard that the natural cycle is 10-6 but personally I go 10-7 because when I go to bed at 10 I usually can't get to sleep for about 1/2 hour or so, some nights it is worse.

There is a thread on sleep either in this section or the teen body building that explains it all man. I feel like its all up to the person, I have been going to sleep around 10 lately and waking up on my own around 5 and I am feeling the best I have felt in months! I feel great when lifting, then when i get home eat and drink post workout around 11:30-12 and take a power nap around 1-2 for about an hour. I honestly feel the best I have felt in YEARS.

You have to sleep at exactly 9:30 and awake at exactly 6:23 for maximal athletic performance.

    (notsrs)

It seriously doesn't matter what time frame you sleep, as long as you get enough. Just do what makes you feel best. I personally like getting up earlier, so I go to bed around 8 or 9, later if Southpark is on, and wake up when I feel like it. At one point during school I was sleeping at 8, awaking at 5 to lift. That was fine too.

And lol at guy above me, you're like 20, you should feel the best you've felt in years anyway.

    Deadlift: ~ 405 (Haven't maxed, but 350 x 5)
