That's REALLY small. I believe it though. I thought my 31" waist at 220 lbs was small lol

god i have some wide hips.. mirin all the measurements in here.. chest 44.. waist at leanest 30.75 @ leanest.. too bad chest measurements dont indicate full chest haha.. sad tum tum

I'm just gonna go ahead and say it. These guys need bigger friggin' waists. They look f'in weird, and like a gust of wind could easily topple them over. I personally find that a waist below 30" on a BBer can look disproportional as you can clearly see with that Molnar fellow.

Then watch something other than bodybuilding. Everyone should know by now that the waist is the one area you want to keep small. If you could have "no waist" that would be ideal...except there's muscles there, so they gotta be developed and defined. Other than that, the waist should be as small as possible to make a V-taper or X-frame that's as exaggerated as possible. Having a narrow waist will never make anyone disproportionate in bodybuilding.
