    this what I am planning of doing as a routine, 3 days a week. Mon, we'd, fri

    Squats
    Flat bench press
    Deadlift
    Dips
    Chin ups




    With these exercises ONLY. Can I build a good amount of strength and build muscle mass?

    Yes. I would replace the dips with the overhead press, though. It's a better movement.

    Yes, as long as you lift heavy. Sort of like my workout, but I do add machine exercise from time to time. If I feel like my legs are lacking, I'll do hack squats and lunges. If I feel like my chest is lacking, I'll do chest press machines etc.

    Agreed, they will help with your shoulders a lot more. With the flat bench press it will work your triceps anyway so should be enough.

    What's your progression gonna be like?
    What are you going to do when your lift stalls?
