    Overpriced... not worth it.. over 10$ a jar for Peanut Butter.. lmao ill stick to regular PB and adding whey protein to my meals or more chicken/beef.

    I just kept them the same, my personal preference. i want to see if i can continue to increase weight across the board. (weekly)
    I may try a 405 at the end of the 4 week just to see if i have it in me.
