To be honest, it's pretty easy to go in with the best intentions to film a workout, and then completely forget. I've been there too many times

My problem with filming my lifts is it requires me to prop my iPhone on a bench. When the gym is busy that's not the easiest thing to do. In addition to that, I can't listen to music if my iPhone is busy recording my lift.

Send him a PM, my amount of communication is the same as yours (Via Pm/Email). That is your best bet. He is pretty darn busy at HQ (since he works in the company now and has a new office there) with meetings and whatnot daily, i know they have a lot on their plate getting ready for the Arnold, and with new product testing (reformulated m5) and a whole new line of products that will launch soon

Nice work on the pulling Bob! I'm going to try to incorporate some of your TuT on vertical leg press, leg exts, and leg curls today. My legs are ready haha.

Do you ever pull conventional or is it always sumo? Are your rack pulls done with a conventional stance?

I like those DB floor presses, nice work all around. I'm incorporating more slow tempo stuff today.

Just set them on your knees and hoist them up when you lay back

I dont do "HEAVY" floor press on this setup/mesocycle so i cant really comment on heavy, but if i were to do heavy work i would use a barbell in a power rack (IMO this would be safer)
