Really digging this tempo training. Planning on running Smolov and I am going to approach my accessories with the tempo approach. Looks like it's working like a champ for you.

Send him a PM, my amount of communication is the same as yours (Via Pm/Email). That is your best bet. He is pretty darn busy at HQ (since he works in the company now and has a new office there) with meetings and whatnot daily, i know they have a lot on their plate getting ready for the Arnold, and with new product testing (reformulated m5) and a whole new line of products that will launch soon

A1: Rack Deadlifts (5 @ 85%)

+15 Pounds
A2: Sumo Deadlifts (5 @ 75%)
285 x 5 (6 Sets)

1.5 Overhead Press (45 Seconds at 40%)

B1: Leg Press

I told you the tempo work is killer! Glad you enjoy it.
I dont do "HEAVY" floor press on this setup/mesocycle so i cant really comment on heavy, but if i were to do heavy work i would use a barbell in a power rack (IMO this would be safer)
This is what i do currently ^^^. sit on ground, pull onto my knee and kick up.
