Appreciate it man, the last two weeks my weight has dropped about 3-4 pounds. NOt too sure what is going on here. But jason has me holding steady because it seems like i look harder in my pictures on a weekly basis i send to him, so the LBM is surly coming on, but how much we don't know. we are holding the best physique of my life at this weight ever.
