Tri-Set: (5 Reps at 55%)
A1: Slow Concentric Deadlift (5 Seconds on way up)

Appreciate it man, the last two weeks my weight has dropped about 3-4 pounds. NOt too sure what is going on here. But jason has me holding steady because it seems like i look harder in my pictures on a weekly basis i send to him, so the LBM is surly coming on, but how much we don't know. we are holding the best physique of my life at this weight ever. So we are riding it out.

Life = Good!
best 3 hours you can spend.. it is virtually word for word like the book which made it just as good. I have the entire series in DVD's and books. This was a great way, just odd they did this last since it was the first book published.
