Interesting. So do you consider it to have just been a freak accident, or will you take certain precautions from this point forward? I only ask because my first Inzer is on its way in the mail and I've seen rib injuries from BNizzle and now you.

I wouldn't worry about it, Inzer belts are some of the best in the business and Im sure Bob or Bnizzle would still recommend them even with these outlier occurrences of rib injury.

Interesting....Mine doesnt really touch my ribs at all. Mines around the stomach/bellybutton area. I cant see it injuring my ribs. But you never know I guess, if its cranked on really tight.

Makes me worry a smidge wearing it, as I wear mine all the time lol.

My injury occurred mainly because I had the belt positioned too high and it was a bit too tight. Newb belt mistake . I've been wearing it for every heavy set during Smolov jr. right now just so I can finish breaking it in. Once this week is over, I will only use it for max effort sets.

Funny i always wear mine right around my waist, and it never goes above my belly button?

What is the reasoning behind dropping a touch of carbohydrates on non-workout days and drop fats by 5g on workout days?
I know you don't really cycle macros and you stay pretty constant with high carb and lower fat all days, but does dropping a measly amount of carbs/fat on different days contribute to anything physically? Perhaps it is individual and you feel better with this slight change?

Just curios and wanting to learn really

Why dont you ask Jason Theobald seing I have worked with him for over 2.5 years now. He is the man!

To me it means nothing physically, i could average it out and eat the same everyday, its just how the guy skins the cat, he varies what he does from client to client for those that do log and work with Jason. Some people he cuts their carbs in half and adds more fat, for me its just a slight change. He has some people do drastic things as far as refeeds/cheats in their offseason. Again its just based on the individual and what works for them.

FWIW I injured my ribs wearing it (Inzer lever) too. So I wouldn't say at this point it's a "freak" occurence. That being said a lot of people have had great success with their belts! I lift beltless now inb4brokenspine.jpeg

    how bout you?
MMI is awesome, I used to love WIM but they problems they've had recently have left me to leave their fanbase, Issues is an amazing band you'd probably love. Made up of some of the old band members.

The first song from their new album they put out actually offended me and was completely not what WIM was made to be...I'm a guy that won't like a band if I know that the members are complete "rockstars" I love the bands that are actually. really cool down to earth guys
