Birthday Cor-Fetti French Toast with Strawberries and Whip Cream

Recipe

20g Cor-Fetti Cake Batter Protein Powder
8g SF/FF Pudding Mix
3g Splenda
3g Baking Powder
10g Complete Pancake Mix
5 Slices Whole Wheat Bread (Lite)

½ Cup Milk (100g)
2 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg

Topping:
30g Fat Free Cool Whip
75g Strawberries

Directions

Take All Dry and Combine with wet in a large mixing bowl (or you can use a blender) which I used in the video until everything is stirred up and a batter is formed. If using a mixing bowl I would suggest a whisk.

Once your mixture is done you can pour in a bowl or you can simply dunk the bread into the mixture and then toss on a griddle/skillet and cook as many as you want at a time (I did 4 slices) ((If using a blender you may not be able to dunk into the magic bullet or blender))

Very simple and easy to create the French toast, you can also add a ton of things like fresh fruit, pancake syrup, protein pudding and various other things to enhance the flavor or the final product. (as Seen I added Whip Cream and also Fresh Strawberries)

Recipe


40g Pancake Mix/Flour

40g Oatmeal (MYOatmeal.com Peanut Butter Blend)

3g of Splenda

3g of Baking Powder

1 Scoop Peanut Butter Marshmallow
8g SF/FF Vanilla Pudding Mix

10g PB Lean (For extra PB Flavoring)


1 Egg

25g Fluff

75g Almond Milk



Directions


I used a magic bullet and grinded ½ cup of oatmeal into a fine power. Took that and in a mixing bowl throw in the rest of the dry (Pudding Mix, Whey, Baking Powder, Splenda, PB Lean, and Pancake Mix)



Add Egg + Vanilla Milk + Fluff and mix (it will be hard as a rock) and slowly mix together in a bowl (it should be very thick).

Keep Mixing with a whisk or a stand up mixer until thick.

Pre-Heat the Oven to 350


Take a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray
Take a spoon and slowly tablespoon at least 1" away from each other as they will expand as seen in the picture, These are QUICK they take 8 minutes when baked in my oven, so keep an eye on them around 8 minutes, may take a little over 9 or 7 depending on the baking sheet. The bottom should have a little golden brown to them, and the top should be fluffy when taking them off they will cool and be very moist/fluffy after cooling for 10-15 minutes.

Couldn't agree with you more.. CNC is actually my favorite flavor out of the lineup! I thought Strawberry Milkshake was the worst of all of the flavors (but still good, don't get me wrong) so interested to hear your thoughts on that one! Cor-Fetti is perfect for the sweet tooth.. I can understand why it is their top seller for sure!
