yeah i would too! Layne is a busy guy at the expo's. but awesome to talk to.
The Shamrock Shake Trutein is damn good.. never had a mcdonalds shake but i guess this is close?

ive met layne 5-6 times, and trained with him twice.
Trained with Tommy jeffers, Kurt Weidner, Brian Whitacre, Ryan Doris, FitnPaul off these forums (Paul R), ROb Moran, Derek "Da Beast". The whole Scivation crew from the olympia and arnold experiences. not to mention tons of people off this board when i travel around to bodybuilding shows.

Honestly one of the nicest individuals you can ever meet. We worked the booth and he also shot a V-Log at the arnold that year and had me in it a lot, we trained every night because he stayed next door to me (with tommy jeffers) at that arnold classic. I stayed with Ron Parameter (a Core Representative)

Its not march is it? That would be my birthday month. Plus i was dieiting for my show last march, so i was on refeeds and not cheat meals. A Shamrock shake in 40-45g of fat daily , not so optimal.Last edited by The Solution; 09-05-2012 at 06:53 PM.

Met both of these guys. Layne, I only spoke to for like 2 minutes, but I was basically star struck because he is the first natural bodybuilder I ever heard of lol
RD I used to see on the daily and lift with. A VERY humble, intelligent young man. He has a great head on his shoulders.

Killing me, why not go grill with the Panthers like you did a few weeks ago during mini-camp? sounded like a blast. You met Cam right?
Never been to mellow mushroom, but heard good things.
I have Authetic Mexican lined up for tomorrow night with a guy from the nutrition section and Dave n Andy's for Ice Cream (famous pittsburgh resturant that has new flavors daily --- Nutella and Cinnamon Toast Crunch hoping for those)
Saturday after my training partner (MattyH7688) off the forums competes will be cheesecake factory.
Gonna be a good weekend down in pittsburgh for the NPC Elite Physique show.

Not to mention Ryan Clark cant play because of the altitude problems
Well see. the steelers D is strong, but if our offensive line cant protect ben with already one of our lineman out for the year and 2 RB's hurt we will be in trouble.
Our reciveres are tough and plus we just got mike wallace back with antonion brown. 2 deadly long bomb's for ben right there.
