Just got back to following the last 2 weeks of your journal Bob. Been out at sea for a bit. I love the ice cream reviews of yours as well as the latest workouts!

Solid gains you got going bud! 180 and looking real tight yet.....smart way to gain!

Got a show next weekend and then 2 weeks after that and then I can get back to the biz of gaining myself.......6'2'' and 183 just not where I want to be for too long....lol!

How far do you live from MLK high school? I went there and did a demo for Scivation at WNBF Worlds with Rob Moran about 3 years ago.

Cellucor Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients

Dry:

3g Splenda
TSP of Baking Powder
30g Cellucor Molten Chocolate Whey
8g SF / FF Pudding Mix
Touch of Salt
50g Complete Pancake Mix

Wet:
25g Greek Yogurt
Dash of Almond milk (10-15g)
1 Egg White (Stiffened to a firm peak)
Dash of Vanilla Extract

Lava Filling:
1-6oz CarbMaster Yogurt
10g Cocoa Powder

Directions

Pre-Heat Oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl combine your dry ingredients: (Pancake mix, Whey, Splenda, SF/FF pudding Mix, Salt and Baking Powder)
Crack your egg white (Stiffen to a firm peak), add in the greek yogurt, vanilla extract and then mix with milk
Mix everything together until dissolved (folding into egg white)
Coat a small pyrex dish or bowl to bake your cake in and spray with cooking spray, transfer mixture and bake at 350 for 12-16 minutes (toothpick center)
Transfer to a plate and poke a hole in the middle to fill wit lava filling
Apply lava filling and enjoy!

I eat around 250-300g of chicken a day my man. I eat a ton of "Bro foods" Daily, that was probably the tops for my whey protein intake for the day, the rest is from eggs, chicken, beef etc.. lots of veggies, fruits etc.

I would never cook my whole food for the week what i eat daily changes. Mostly fresh, sometimes i bulk cook for 2 days or so.

leg workout looked good, I have legs today Thinking of throwing some step ups in there SS with my leg press shock the musce have not done them in a while good stuff any specific way you do them ? and ever do split dumbell lunges/squat? just curious if you have a preferred exercise?
